Barkala™ , home of ‘Pilliga - Pottery™’ , ‘Barkala-farm™’ , ‘Barkala Horseriding Adventures™’ , ‘Barkala Cafe + Pizza™’ and ‘Barkala Birdwatching™’ featured in the TV series ‘Better Homes and Gardens’ by Channel 7, Friday 6 August 2010 – 7.30 PM

n 22 and 23 August the Better Homes and Gardens Film team explored Barkala inside out. They spent one and a half days filming and sharing life on Barkala. The result will be inspiring for all who would like to 'go-bush' for a day-trip or a holiday. Johanna Griggs will show you life on the great farm as it is today:
The potters Johannes and Julie show off their work in the famous Pilliga Pottery, Bernhard will make you fresh Pizzas, Maria shows the guests around and Johannes forges steel as a blacksmith.
